Call Center Representative

We’re seeking a Call Center Representative with 6 months to 1 year of call center or outbound sales experience to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on cold calling, enjoys coaching others, and is eager to lead a team to success. You’ll be responsible for driving performance, improving outbound strategies, and increasing conversions while developing your own leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage a team of cold-calling agents to meet daily and monthly targets
• Make outbound calls to generate qualified leads and boost conversions
• Coach and mentor team members on call scripts, sales techniques, and communication skills
• Set, track, and report on individual and team KPIs (call volume, lead quality, conversions)
• Qualify leads and close deals or pass them to the sales team as needed
• Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews
• Ensure accurate data entry and reporting in CRM systems
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and campaigns
• Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends

Experience & Requirements

• 6 months – 1 year of call center or outbound sales experience (required)
• Experience in SEO campaigns or digital marketing (a plus)
• Previous leadership or team management experience (preferred)
• Strong background in outbound sales, lead generation, and campaign management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and call tracking tools
• Skilled in objection handling, closing deals, and motivating teams
• Strong organizational, time management, and reporting abilities
