Shift: Night Shift | 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Monday–Friday)

About the Role
SwiftPath Logistics is looking for motivated Call Center Representatives to join our night shift team. As the first line of communication with our customers, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, provide accurate information, resolve concerns, and ensure a smooth customer experience. We’re seeking confident communicators who can stay calm under pressure and deliver professional service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries.
• Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups and shipment confirmations.
• Clearly explain logistics solutions and company services.
• Handle complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
• Record and maintain customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with sales and dispatch teams for smooth operations.
• Stay up to date on company policies and service offerings.

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service or call centers (US/Canada market is a plus).
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong listening, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work full-time night shifts at our office near DHA Phase 6.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
