Shift: Night Shift | 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM (Monday to Friday)

About the Role

ATU Logistics is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Call Center Representatives to join our night shift team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll manage both inbound and outbound calls, deliver accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience. We’re seeking individuals with strong communication skills who can stay composed under pressure and consistently provide professional, high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide assistance with inquiries or support needs.
• Make outbound calls for follow-ups, shipment updates, and confirmations.
• Clearly explain company services and logistics solutions to clients.
• Address customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with the sales and dispatch departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Stay informed about company updates, policies, and services.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a call center or customer service role (experience with the US/Canada market preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
• Strong listening, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and familiarity with CRM software.
• Availability for full-time night shifts at our Lahore office (near DHA Phase 6).
