Job Title: Call Center Operator Trainee

Departmen t: Customer Service / Call Center Operations

Reports To : Call Center Supervisor / Team Lead

Contract duration: One Year Extendable


Job Summary:


We are seeking a Call Center Operator to manage a high volume of incoming and/or outgoing calls in a fast-paced environment. The role involves answering inquiries, providing information, routing calls to appropriate departments, and ensuring a positive customer experience in every interaction.


Key Responsibilities:


Answer and handle incoming calls promptly and professionally


Provide accurate information or transfer calls to the relevant team or department


Record customer details, interactions, and feedback in the system


Handle basic troubleshooting and resolve common inquiries efficiently


Ensure a high standard of service quality and call handling etiquette


Follow company scripts and standard call procedures when required


Maintain confidentiality and data privacy standards


Assist in outbound calling campaigns (if applicable)


Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, call logs, or message taking


Qualifications:


Bachelor or High diploma


Prior experience in a call center or telephone-based role preferred


Good English Language


Good verbal communication skills and clear speaking voice


Basic computer skills and familiarity with telephone systems or CRM tools


Strong listening skills and attention to detail


Ability to remain calm under pressure and multitask effectively


Punctual and reliable with strong work ethics
