Call Center Representative

We are hiring enthusiastic Tele Sales Representatives for our outbound call center. The role involves calling business owners in the UK, offering them competitive energy prices, and assisting them in managing their energy contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

-Make outbound calls to UK business clients.

-Offer and explain energy pricing options.

-Maintain customer records and follow up on leads.

-Meet daily and monthly sales targets.

-Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements:

-Good communication skills in English.

-Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

-Inter pass (Intermediate) candidates are encouraged to apply.

-No prior experience required — training will be provided.
