Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their parking inquiries and issues.

- Provide accurate information about parking rates, availability, and policies.

- Handle customer complaints and resolve them efficiently and professionally.

- Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the company database.

- Collaborate with on-site parking staff to address customer concerns and improve service.

- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and resolve outstanding issues.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls efficiently.

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software.

- Attention to detail and ability to document interactions accurately.

- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
