We are looking for a Call Center Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers, and provide accurate information with a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls efficiently
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
• Maintain accurate records using CRM software
• Update and manage customer data using Excel
• Follow company policies and call center procedures
• Achieve service quality and performance targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Gulf experience, must be in Kuwait
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good working knowledge of Excel and CRM software
• Visa 18 (Transferable)
• Age below 35 years
• Ability to join immediately

المهام الوظيفية:

• الرد على مكالمات العملاء الواردة وإجراء المكالمات الصادرة
• التعامل مع استفسارات وشكاوى العملاء بشكل مهني
• تسجيل وتحديث بيانات العملاء عبر نظام CRM
• استخدام برنامج Excel لإدارة البيانات والتقارير
• الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات مركز الاتصال
• تحقيق أهداف الأداء وجودة الخدمة

الشروط والمتطلبات:

• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في دول الخليج (يشترط خبرة داخل الكويت)
• إجادة تامة للغتين العربية والإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابةً
• مهارات تواصل ممتازة
• معرفة جيدة ببرامج Excel وأنظمة CRM
• إقامة مادة 18 قابلة للتحويل
• العمر أقل من 35 سنة
• الاستعداد للالتحاق بالعمل فورًا

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD300.000 - KD350.000 per month
