Job Overview

We are hiring a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound calls, interact with potential and existing clients, and deliver accurate information about our services. This position is ideal for individuals who communicate confidently and thrive in a call-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Clearly explain company services to potential and existing clients
  • Address customer inquiries and maintain strong client relationships
  • Generate leads and schedule appointments when required
  • Record call details accurately and update information in the CRM system
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly call performance targets

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role (preferred but not required)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  • Confidence in handling customer interactions and managing objections
  • Strong listening, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
