Job Title: Call Center Representative
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information about appointment, services, and policies to patients
- Maintain patients records by updating account information and documenting interactions
- Follow communication scripts to ensure consistent and effective customer service
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments for further investigation and resolution
- Meet or exceed call center performance targets, including quality assurance and customer satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience
Skills:
-Medical Medical office experience: 1 - 2 years (Required)
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Knowledge of medical terminology and medical office procedures is a plus
- Bilingual in English and other languages is a plus, as it allows for effective communication with a diverse customer base
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems accurately and efficiently
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
