We are a growing Digital Marketing agency looking for high-energy, results-driven Sales Callers and Closers to join our team. If you are a persuasive communicator who understands the digital landscape and knows how to turn a "maybe" into a "yes," we want to hear from you!

Role Overview

As a vital part of our growth team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. You will act as the bridge between potential clients and our digital solutions (SEO, SMM, Web Development, etc.). Your goal is to build a strong pipeline of leads and convert them into long-term partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Outreach: Execute cold/warm calling and email campaigns to generate interest in our digital marketing services.
• Lead Qualification: Identify pain points of potential clients and determine if our services are a strategic fit for their business goals.
• Strategic Pitching: Present our agency's value proposition through compelling presentations and discovery calls.
• Deal Closing: Handle objections, negotiate contracts, and successfully close high-ticket digital marketing deals.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the CRM to track leads, follow-ups, and sales metrics accurately.

Requirements

• Proven track record in B2B sales, agency sales, or a similar high-volume outreach environment.
• Deep understanding of Digital Marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Content, etc.).
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet monthly revenue targets.
