Call Center Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for all callers. The ideal candidate possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to analyze situations effectively.

Duties

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding services offered.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and requests in a courteous manner.
  • Perform data entry tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of phone etiquette and effective communication.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
