Role Overview: The Call Center Representative serves as the front-line voice of the company. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience for every caller.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling high volumes of inbound and/or outbound calls professionally.
  • Identifying customer needs, researching issues, and providing accurate solutions.
  • Using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to document all interactions.
  • Meeting performance metrics related to call quality, duration, and customer satisfaction.
