We are hiring a Call Center Representative who is confident, energetic, and customer-focused. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, engage with potential and existing clients, and deliver an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
• Clearly explain company services to potential and existing customers
• Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions
• Generate leads and schedule appointments when required
• Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM records
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly call targets

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of call center or customer service experience (preferred)
• Strong English communication skills
• Confidence in handling objections and client interactions
• Good listening, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team
