Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
• Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records through data entry in our computer systems.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette during all interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call center environment.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Proficient in data entry and comfortable using computer systems for record keeping.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess situations quickly and accurately.
• Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
