Remote Travel Consultant (First Shift) | Customer Service & Call Center
Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
Schedule: Full-Time | First Shift (Daytime Hours)
Travel Incorporated is hiring Remote Travel Consultants to support our growing customer service and call center operations. This role is ideal for individuals seeking work-from-home jobs, entry-level travel careers, or opportunities in client support and hospitality.

What You Can Expect
Structured Onboarding & Paid Training
- 14-week paid training program designed for success
- Local hires attend onsite training; non-local hires complete training remotely with two required weeks in Duluth, GA (travel paid)
- Hands-on learning in booking systems, customer interactions, and travel coordination
Remote Work Environment
- Fully remote position after training
- Company-provided equipment

Core Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with travel reservations, itinerary planning, and trip changes
- Provide accurate information on flights, hotels, and travel policies
- Resolve issues and deliver high-quality customer service experiences
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in booking and CRM systems
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless travel coordination
Qualifications & Skills
- Background in customer service, call center, retail, or hospitality is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable multitasking across multiple systems and platforms
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
- Basic computer skills (email, chat platforms, data entry, CRM tools)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Schedule & Work Requirements
- Remote (work-from-home) – must have a dedicated workspace
- Reliable high-speed internet required (no satellite or select wireless providers - specifically, TMobile and Verizon)
- Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET
- Post-Training Schedule: First shift with start times between 7:00 AM–10:30 AM ET
- Travel to Duluth, GA 2–3 times per year for meetings and development
