Call Center Representative (Female – English Speaking)
Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Female Call Center Representative with strong English communication skills to join our growing team. Due to the nature of the role and customer interaction requirements, this position is open to female candidates only.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Resolve customer complaints and technical/service-related issues efficiently
- Act as a resolution enabler by identifying problems and providing suitable solutions
- Escalate unusual or unresolved cases to management when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
- Meet company KPIs, service quality standards, and response time targets
- Work collaboratively with team members and management
- Ensure customer satisfaction and positive customer experience at all times
Requirements
- Female candidates only
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills are mandatory
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- GCC call center experience is considered a strong advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer handling and complaint resolution abilities
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Team player with a respectful and positive attitude
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Must have access to a laptop, a stable internet connection, and the ability to work effectively from home.
Technical Skills
- Good computer literacy
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software
- Ability to use Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Basic troubleshooting and issue-resolution capabilities
- Ability to manage tickets, escalations, and customer follow-ups
