We are seeking a female Call Center Representative with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable handling customer inquiries in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction
- Meet individual and team performance targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
