We are looking for a Call Center Representative to handle outbound customer interactions in a professional and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage customer concerns effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide requested information.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions using company systems.
  • Resolve customer issues or escalate to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Meet or exceed performance goals related to call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and updates to assist customers effectively.
  • Uphold company policies and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to use CRM or call management software.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
