About the Role

We’re a fast-growing marketing agency looking for a motivated and reliable Call Center Representative to join our local team.

This is a simple, structured role — you will be calling warm leads only (people who already showed interest) and booking them into appointments using a proven script.

No cold calling. No selling required. Just follow the system and book appointments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Call warm leads (people who requested info)
• Follow a simple script to book appointments
• Send text confirmations to leads
• Update notes in our system after each call
• Hit daily call & booking targets

What We’re Looking For

• Clear English speaking skills
• Good energy and positive attitude
• Comfortable talking on the phone all day
• Reliable and shows up on time
• Coachable (we provide full training)

No experience required — we train you from scratch.
