About the Role:

Unimind Studios is looking for a confident and experienced Call Center Sales Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The selected candidate will be responsible for reaching out to small business owners in the U.S. and promoting our digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to U.S.-based small business owners.
• Present and sell Unimind Studios’ marketing and digital solutions.
• Understand client needs and tailor service offerings accordingly.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales progress.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience (preferably in call center or B2B sales).
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing or willingness to learn.
• Confident, goal-oriented, and self-motivated personality.

Compensation:

• Probation (1st Month): PKR 50,000
• If you close at least one $1000+ client in probation, your salary will increase to PKR 70,000 – 100,000/month (based on performance)
• 5% Commission on every sale
