Location: Rawalpindi
Shift Timings: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (US Shift)

Raast Solutions is looking for experienced Sales Account Executives to join our growing team. This is a perfect career opportunity for professionals who want to grow in the BPO, Call Center, and IT Sales industry (B2B & B2C).

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in Call Center/Telemarketing/BPO/IT industry (B2B & B2C sales preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and generate revenue.
• Passionate, motivated, and career-oriented.
• Wiling to work in night shift.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calling and outbound sales activities to generate leads.
• Build and manage client relationships through CRM tools.
• Present and promote IT/digital services to potential B2B & B2C clients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly basis.
• Maintain records of sales activities, pipelines, and performance reports.
• Support management in identifying new market opportunities.
