Role Overview

We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Specialist to join our dynamic B2B sales team. This is a full-time, on-site night shift role, working exclusively with warm, pre-qualified leads—no cold calling required.

As a Sales Specialist, you will identify client needs, deliver personalized digital solutions, and build lasting relationships with real estate professionals. This role is ideal for someone who excels in consultative selling and wants to contribute meaningfully to business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with warm leads via phone, email, and SMS to understand their business needs
  • Present customized digital solutions that align with client goals
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships to increase satisfaction and drive upselling opportunities
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Accurately document all sales activities and client communications in the CRM
  • Work closely with internal departments to relay client feedback and improve offerings
  • Stay current on industry trends and real estate market insights to identify growth opportunities

Qualifications

  • 6 months to 2 years of proven sales experience (Call center/BPO "closer" experience strongly preferred)
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas consistently
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and B2B consultative sales strategies is a plus
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-driven, and a team player
  • Comfortable working permanent night shifts aligned with North American time zones

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
