Lead Generation Specialist (LinkedIn Sales Navigator | B2B SaaS & IT Services)

dbqp Labs is a fast-growing software development agency specializing in custom web and mobile app development, SaaS platforms, and enterprise software solutions. We work with clients globally, helping them build and scale digital products across multiple industries.

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who can help us identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other online channels.

Responsibilities

• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, and other platforms to find and qualify leads.
• Identify decision-makers (Founders, CEOs, CTOs, Product Managers, etc.) in businesses that could benefit from our web/app development services.
• Build and maintain lead lists with verified contact information (email, LinkedIn, company website).
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align targeting strategy.
• Manage and track leads using CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar).
• Assist in outreach campaigns (LinkedIn messaging, email, etc.).

Requirements

• Proven experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and B2B lead generation.
• Understanding of IT services, SaaS, or software development agencies.
• Strong research and data entry skills.
• Excellent English communication (written & verbal).
• Familiar with tools like Google Sheets, Apollo, or Lemlist.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet weekly targets.

Nice to Have

• Experience generating leads for software agencies or startups.
• Familiarity with outbound email campaigns and LinkedIn automation tools.
• Basic understanding of sales funnels and CRM pipelines.
