Call Center Specialist

This is a serious and important position that requires a qualified history of office or customer service experience. If you're organized, self-sufficient, tech-savvy, and have a strong ability to manage tasks independently, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• This is a FAST PACED position. You must be a multi-tasker.
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to leads and prospects.
• Schedule free in-home consultations for our 6 salespeople.
• Handle data entry of customer information and manage reports using our CRM system.
• Maintain an organized work environment, stay on task, and work independently.
• Interact with customers who visit our showroom, providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of customer service experience (required).
• Strong phone skills and a positive, professional demeanor.
• Tech-savvy and proficient in CRM systems and Google Systems.
• Self-motivated and able to manage tasks independently.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to staying organized.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
