Call Center Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries via phone and provide professional support until case closure. No prior experience is required - the key requirement is strong proficiency in the required languages.

Work location: Makkah and Jeddah

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate, clear information
• Handle complaints, document them, and escalate complex cases when needed
• Follow up on requests until resolution and ensure customer satisfaction
• Update customer data and record notes accurately in the system
• Adhere to quality standards and response time requirements (SLA)
