Altibbi — the leading digital health platform in the Middle East — is looking for a Call Center Supervisor to join our dynamic Cairo team!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for performance monitoring, coaching, and driving KPIs to meet and exceed subscription, conversion, or sales targets. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to motivate teams in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, preferably with a background.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise, support, and motivate a team of call center agents to achieve acquisition or sales targets.

Monitor individual and team performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, calls per hour, subscriptions closed).

Conduct regular performance reviews and one-on-one coaching sessions.

Enforce adherence to quality standards and sales scripts.

Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly targets are communicated and tracked.

Identify underperformers and work with them to improve productivity and achievement.

Schedule shifts and manage real-time coverage to ensure operational efficiency.

Ensure accurate and timely reporting of team metrics and progress to upper management.
Qualification & Requirements

Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor in a target-driven call center (minimum 2-3 years).

Medical background (education, training, or experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical services, etc.) is highly preferred.

Familiarity with health-related terminology, patient communication practices, or telehealth systems.

Strong knowledge of customer acquisition processes, outbound sales, or telesales.

Familiarity with CRM systems

Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.

Good analytical and reporting abilities

Average to good English communication skills

Proficient in MS Office

Flexible, organized, and able to work under pressure

A bachelor’s degree is a must.
