Outbound Call Center Supervisor – Solar Appointment Setting

We are seeking an experienced Call Center Supervisor to lead our outbound appointment-setting team and help drive company growth.


We are seeking an experienced Call Center Supervisor to lead the company’s call center. As the Outbound Call Center Supervisor, you will lead a team responsible for scheduling solar consultations for our sales team. You will coach agents, monitor performance metrics, and ensure the team consistently meets appointment-setting goals.


Responsibilities

  • Supervise and motivate a team of outbound call center agents responsible for scheduling solar consultations
  • Lead the team in individual appointment setting performance
  • Monitor call performance, conversion metrics, and appointment-setting goals
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and development of new call center agents
  • Ensure high standards of professionalism and customer service during all interactions
  • Track and report team performance metrics to leadership
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to improve lead conversion and appointment quality
  • Maintain knowledge of Sunsolar Solutions products, pricing, and competitive positioning


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a call center, inside sales, or customer service environment
  • 1–3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
  • Strong coaching, communication, and performance management skills
  • Experience with outbound dialing systems or CRM platforms
  • Experience with Ready Mode a plus
  • Solar or home services industry experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license


Compensation: $50,000 – $55,000 base salary (DOE) plus performance-based commission. High performers can earn additional incentive compensation based on team results.
