Call Center Trainer (5 Years - Minimum Experience)

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Female Corporate Trainer to spearhead our training department for high-intent USA healthcare campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a mastery of the ACA (Affordable Care Act) and Medicare landscapes, with the ability to transform new recruits into top-performing enrollment specialists.

This role is critical to our operations in the North American market and requires a dedicated professional capable of managing the Night Shift while maintaining a high-energy, professional learning environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Campaign Training: Develop and execute end-to-end training modules for ACA and Medicare campaigns, covering plan benefits, eligibility criteria, and compliance.
• Skill Development: Conduct intensive workshops on sales closing techniques, rebuttal handling, and neutral accent neutralization.
• Quality & Compliance: Audit calls to ensure agents adhere to CMS guidelines and campaign-specific protocols, providing real-time feedback and corrective coaching.
• Content Management: Update scripts and training manuals to reflect seasonal changes in the US insurance market (AEP/OEP).
• Performance Analytics: Track and report on trainee "nesting" performance, ensuring a high graduation rate from training to the production floor.

Job Requirements

• Professional Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience specifically as a Trainer in a BPO or call center environment.
• Domain Expertise: Extensive knowledge of USA insurance verticals, specifically Medicare and ACA.
• Communication Mastery: Exceptional spoken and written English skills; must be able to draft professional training materials and communicate fluently with US-based stakeholders.
• Shift Requirement: Must be able to work the Night Shift (US Eastern/Central Standard Time).
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage a classroom and mentor individuals toward meeting strict KPIs.
