In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound verification calls, assisting clients with inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to verify customer details and information.
• Listen actively, understand customer needs, and provide accurate responses.
• Record all interactions clearly and accurately in the system.
• Recommend or upsell products/services when suitable.
• Deliver excellent service with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or similar environment.
• Education: At least High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Age: 18 years or above.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
• Friendly, confident, and professional personality.
