Call Centre Agent (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads
  • Explain ACA health insurance benefits in a simple and clear manner
  • Identify customer eligibility based on income, household size, and age
  • Handle objections professionally and manage different customer behaviors (including screamers)
  • Follow DNC (Do Not Call) and TCPA compliance procedures
  • Accurately collect and document customer information in CRM
  • Transfer qualified and interested customers to the Verifier or Enrollment team
  • Maintain call quality, conversion targets, and compliance standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong English communication skills (listening & speaking)
  • Knowledge of ACA, Medicare, or Final Expense (preferred)
  • Ability to work night shifts
  • Calm, professional attitude with customers
  • Matric / Intermediate education (minimum)
  • Prior outbound call center experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month
