Position: Call Centre Agent-Technical Support

Work location: Dubai, UAE


Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to technical inquiries, service requests, and troubleshooting.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, or product-related issues using remote tools and standard procedures.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
  • Document all customer interactions, reported issues, and resolutions accurately in the ticketing/CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved etc
