Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Arabic-speaking male Call Centre Executive to join our real estate team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting clients with property inquiries, and providing excellent customer service to support sales and leasing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding real estate properties.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote property listings and services.
- Provide accurate information about property details, pricing, and availability.
- Schedule property viewings and coordinate with sales/leasing agents.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Support marketing campaigns by contacting leads and generating appointments.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Achieve call centre performance targets and contribute to overall sales goals.
Skills & Competencies
- Fluency in Arabic (mandatory) and English (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call centre software.
- Knowledge of real estate industry practices is an advantage.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a call centre or customer service role.
- Prior experience in real estate or property management is highly desirable.
- Male candidates fluent in Arabic are encouraged.
