Customer Service Representative (ArabFemale Only)

We require a Customer Service Representative (ArabFemale Only) for inbound and outbound calls. Candidates will contact clients over the phone and email to offer information on our products & services while simultaneously noting the customer’s information. Will also be required to perform other calling-based tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct warm leads calling sessions to provide product & service information to interested customers.
• Conduct survey calls to assist with customer satisfaction reports and record customer feedback/complaints.
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
• Participate in team and process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management.
• Other CSR duties.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual – fluency in Arabic and English is a MUST.
• At least 1 year of previous experience in customer service or matching roles. Automotive experience is a plus.
• Team player attitude.
• Prompt and courteous over the phone and in person.
• Enthusiastic and pleasing personality.
• Must have strong computer skills, in particular MS Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
