Call Centre Manager

We are looking for a Call Center Manager who is Arabic speaking and male, for a leading company in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications
  • University degree in any discipline from a reputable university.
  • At least 5 years of Call Center Management experience, plus 2 years in insurance and/or medical provider environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, preferably in Arabic and English.
  • Customer orientated with sound problem solving/decision making abilities.
  • Ability to manage pressure and stay calm in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to lead large teams and deploy viable standards of customer support.
  • Strong people skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Project management skills and ability to devise new technologies.
