Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Call Centre Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle outbound and inbound calls, promote services, and convert leads into sales.

Position Details

• Position: Call Centre Sales Representative
• Salary: QAR 3,500 – 4,000 (Full Package) + Commission
• Duty Hours: 8 hours per day
• Weekly Off: 1 day off per week
• Joining: Immediate

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert to sales
• Promote company services and offers
• Maintain client database and follow-ups
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs

Requirements

• Valid QID
• Preferably Arabic Speaking
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Previous call center or sales experience preferred
• Target-driven and confident

• Employment under Secondment Agreement
