Call Centre Supervisor / CSR / Evening Shifts / Part & Full - Time

Looking for the position of Fresh & Experienced International Caller in a similar field giving the services of outbound calls for our US clients

Requirments:

· Fluent English is required only.

· Hardworking & punctual.

• Maintain customer records and update the CRM system
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex cases when needed
• Meet performance targets such as call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity metrics
• Adhere to company policies and international customer service standards
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

· Matriculation/Intermediate/ fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.

Intermediate or Bachelors.

Fixed Salary + Uncapped Commissions + Daily & Weekly Incentives
