Key duties and responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Answer inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer emails, and follow communication scripts while adapting as needed.
  • Problem Solving: Listen to customer concerns, identify issues, provide solutions, and manage complaints.
  • Order and Account Management: Process orders, payments, and applications; update customer records; and review account information.
  • Information and Support: Provide accurate information on products and services, guide customers through troubleshooting or using products, and conduct occasional market research.
  • Escalation and Reporting: Identify and escalate issues to supervisors or other departments when necessary and document trends in customer calls.
  • Timing: 9:00am to 5:00pm
