The Engagement: The Operator's Decoupling Mission

As an independent Koru Consultant engaged for the Operator Function, your Decoupling Mission is a direct challenge to the consulting status quo: To strategically decouple the monolithic, high-friction "Implementation" phase of traditional engagements by orchestrating the delivery of targeted, high-impact modules through agile, specialized teams that achieve and prove measurable results with superior velocity .

You will operate at the heart of our Transformation Engine , the organizational unit dedicated to the "exploitation" of our proven methodologies. You will be the critical bridge between diagnosis and delivery, translating the profound, data-driven insights from our Analyst function into real-world, kinetic impact. Your success in executing initial "Decoupler Product" engagements is the primary catalyst for building the client trust and hard evidence required to expand these relationships into full-scale, strategic "Lighthouse Programs."


The Scope of Services (Core Responsibilities)

Your engagement will focus on providing expert services in the following areas:

  • Program Orchestration & Delivery: Orchestrate the end-to-end execution of Koru Impact's proprietary modular transformation programs, ensuring the rigorous application of our frameworks to guarantee on-time, on-budget delivery that exceeds client expectations.
  • Strategic Client Stewardship: Serve as the primary client relationship steward, acting as a trusted strategic advisor who translates complex diagnostics into a clear, coherent, and actionable roadmap.
  • Systemic Collaboration: Masterfully navigate our balanced matrix environment, requiring seamless, high-trust collaboration with Koru Consultants in the Analyst, Builder, Guardian, and other functions to bring the full power of the Koru Impact system to every client challenge.
  • Commercial Engine Activation: Directly drive the economic engine of our "land-and-expand" strategy. The excellence of your service delivery is the most critical factor in maximizing the conversion rate to long-term Lighthouse Programs.
  • Institutional Learning & Adaptation: Champion our identity as an antifragile, learning enterprise. You will lead rigorous Project After-Action Reviews, systematically codifying learnings to feed back into our firm-wide Adaptation Engine, making the entire Koru system stronger with every engagement.
