Call for Proposal - Engagement of Audit Firm for Agreed-Upon Procedures Assignment

Sungi Development Foundation invites proposals (Technical and Financial) from reputable audit firms to conduct an Agreed-Upon Procedures (AUP) assignment.

Interested firms must meet the following eligibility criteria:

· The firm must be an international audit firm with a registered office in Pakistan, or a Pakistan-based office/affiliated with an international audit firm.

· The firm must be approved and registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and must have satisfactory QCR rating.

· The firm must have relevant experience in conducting agreed-upon procedures, audit, and assurance engagements, preferably for development organizations.

· The firm should have qualified professional staff and adequate capacity to undertake the assignment within the required timeframe.

The detailed Terms of Reference (TORs) are available with the advertisement. Eligible interested firms are requested to submit their proposals (on info@sungi.org) in accordance with the TORs on or before March 16, 2026.

Sungi Development Foundation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions without assigning any reason.
