Content Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a Content QA Specialist with strong knowledge of medical and healthcare terminology to review and ensure the accuracy, quality, and compliance of healthcare-related content before publication.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and proofread healthcare and medical content including blogs, ebooks, whitepapers, landing pages, and website copy.
• Ensure accuracy of medical terminology, facts, statistics, and references used in the content.
• Check grammar, spelling, readability, and clarity of content.
• Ensure all content follows brand voice, editorial guidelines, and SEO best practices.
• Verify sources and references for credibility.
• Collaborate with writers and marketing teams to improve content quality.
• Identify inaccuracies or inconsistencies and provide feedback for corrections.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in content editing, proofreading, or quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of medical and healthcare terminology.
• Excellent grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Familiarity with SEO content guidelines and digital publishing standards.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
