Specialist - Quality Assurance Engineer

NCRi Solutions is seeking a versatile and highly experienced Specialist - Quality Assurance Engineer to join the Group Digital & Technology team at AGI. In this role, you will act as a "QA Floater," providing critical support across multiple platforms with a heavy focus on Mobile and Web applications. You will be the champion of a "quality-first" mindset, designing and executing test strategies that ensure our software solutions meet the highest standards of reliability and customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Align QA strategies with business objectives, product roadmaps, and customer expectations.
• Ensure scalable and consistent testing practices across all mobile and web projects.
• Promote Agile/Scrum best practices and a culture of continuous improvement.
• End-to-End Testing: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases.
• Test Automation: Build and maintain robust automation frameworks for mobile (iOS/Android) and web platforms.
• API & Integration: Perform rigorous API testing (REST/SOAP) and validate database integrity using SQL.
• Performance & Security: Conduct performance, load, and regression testing to ensure system stability.
• Defect Management: Identify, document, and track software defects, collaborating closely with developers for timely resolution.
• CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to facilitate rapid, high-quality releases.

Key requirements:

• Minimum of 7+ years in Quality Assurance.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience specifically in Mobile and Web QA activities.
• Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks in a large corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related Engineering subject.

Preferred

• ISTQB Foundation or Advanced certification.
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals or Developer Associate certification.

Technical Skill Set

• Proficiency in Selenium (Java), Appium, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Testing Frameworks: TestNG, Rest Assured, and Postman for API testing.
• Familiarity with JMeter or Gatling.
• Strong understanding of Git and CI/CD processes.
• Ability to write and execute complex SQL queries.
• Maintain a leakage rate of less than 5%.
• Achieve 95–100% functional coverage and 70–90% automation coverage.
• 100% completion of committed test cases per sprint.
