Location: Salt Lake, Kolkata

Shift Timings : 5:00am to 2:00pm (Monday to Saturday) Pickup facility will be provided for this shift.

2:00pm to 11:00pm (Monday to Saturday) Drop facility will be provided for this shift.

We are hiring for a Call Quality Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, evaluate and auditing inbound and outbound calls.
• Identify areas for improvement and provide feedback.
• Maintain quality assurance standards and compliance.
• Prepare call analysis reports and share insights with the management.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role (1-2 years preferred).
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Strong listening skills.
• Proficiency in Excel & Word.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
