About the Role

We’re looking for a smart, confident Call Representative with an IT background who can engage potential students, understand their needs, and guide them toward the right tech career path.

What You’ll Do

* Call and follow up with potential students (leads provided)

* Understand student requirements and collect relevant data

* Clearly explain and promote our IT courses:

Cybersecurity | MEAN/MERN Stack | SEO & Digital Marketing | AI (Generative AI & Machine Learning)

* Confidently counsel and convert leads into enrollments

* Maintain call records, lead status, and daily reporting to the manager

What We’re Looking For

* Background in IT / Software House / Tech Industry (Preferred & Priority)

* Strong understanding or exposure to IT concepts and courses

* Excellent communication and convincing skills

* Professional, attentive, and target-oriented mindset

* Prior experience in calling, sales, or student counseling is a plus
