Calling Agent

Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and goal-oriented Calling Agent – Sales to become part of our expanding sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging potential clients, and converting prospects into successful sales while maintaining high standards of communication, confidence, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Introduce and promote company products/services in a clear and compelling manner
• Generate, qualify, and successfully close sales leads
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets
• Adhere to company scripts, policies, and sales procedures
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve concerns effectively

Requirements

• Excellent English verbal communication skills
• Previous experience in sales or a call center environment is preferred (Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply)
• Confident, persuasive, and target-driven mindset
• Comfortable working night shifts
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems is plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
