Calling Agent

Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and performance-focused Calling Agent – Sales to join our expanding sales team. The selected candidate will be responsible for initiating outbound calls, engaging potential clients, and converting prospects into sales while maintaining high standards of communication and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Effectively present and promote company products and services
• Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call details
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets
• Follow established scripts, sales procedures, and company guidelines
• Handle customer inquiries in a professional and solution-oriented manner

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Previous experience in sales or a call center environment is an advantage (fresh candidates are welcome to apply)
• Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented mindset
• Willingness to work night shifts
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
