Job Summary

NextGen Capital Solution / Zenith Business Solution is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate – Lead Generation to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to international prospects and generate qualified leads
• Clearly and confidently present the company’s services
• Collect, verify, and maintain accurate client information
• Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups for the closing team
• Keep organized and up-to-date records in the CRM system
• Follow approved scripts and sales processes while maintaining a natural conversation flow
• Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, compliance, and call quality

Requirements

• Excellent English speaking and listening skills
• Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented mindset
• Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems, MS Office, email)
• Willingness to work night shifts
• Prior sales or call center experience is preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
