Camera Surveillance Officer

Job Summary:

Aesthetics Lab by Tibbi is looking for a vigilant and responsible Camera Surveillance Officer to monitor and oversee security operations through CCTV systems. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant experience in surveillance monitoring and security operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor live CCTV footage to identify unusual or suspicious behavior

- Ensure continuous surveillance during working hours (11:00 PM - 9:00 PM)

- Track client waiting time and inform the branch immediately if client is waiting too long

- Identify and report security breaches or incidents

- Maintain confidentiality of surveillance footage and sensitive information

- Maintain and troubleshoot surveillance equipment

- Collaborate with IT team and management & Support investigations (theft, safety, complaints).

- Generate reports on surveillance activities as needed

- Ensure compliance with company policies

- Any other tasks assigned by management

Timings = 11am to 9pm

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven experience as a CCTV Operator or Surveillance Officer.
• Familiarity with surveillance systems, monitoring software, and reporting procedures.
• Strong observation and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to remain alert and focused for extended periods.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
