Control Room Communication Officer

About Us

This position is offered by A-list Communication, a professional communication and dispatch services company based in Lahore. We are hiring a Control Room Communication Officer (Dispatcher) to strengthen our control room operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming calls, WhatsApp, and CCTV.
• Dispatch security guards and respond immediately to incidents.
• Maintain accurate shift logs, incident reports, and daily activity records.
• Handle all client calls in English fluently, ensuring clear and professional communication.
• Track patrols/vehicles and keep supervisors updated.
• Prepare proper handover notes for the next dispatcher.

Requirements

• Previous experience in control room, dispatch, or call-handling is preferred.
• Fluent English communication is mandatory (written and spoken).
• Strong telephone manners and ability to manage stressful situations.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, WhatsApp Web).
• Ability to work rotational shifts (day, night, weekends).
• Valid CNIC.
