Female Office Assistant – Invoice & Dispatch Support

Note. It's an evening shift, 5 pm to 1 AM.
Location: Near Mughal Pura Main Canal Road.
Gateway Dispatch Services is a growing trucking dispatch company providing professional dispatch solutions for carriers across the United States. We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented female candidate to join our team and assist with administrative and invoice management tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize carrier invoices
  • Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for loads, payments, and records
  • Communicate professionally with carriers when required
  • Ensure proper documentation and record keeping
  • Assist the dispatch team with administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate financial and operational data

Requirements:

  • Female candidate preferred
  • Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
  • Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work responsibly and handle confidential information
  • Previous experience in trucking dispatch or invoicing will be a plus (not mandatory)
