Camp Boss – Roles and Responsibilities

• Camp Administration & Supervision
• Oversee the overall management of the camp, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Supervise camp staff, including cleaners, cooks, and maintenance workers.
• Ensure discipline and compliance with company policies among residents.
• Accommodation Management
• Allocate rooms to employees as per availability and company policy.
• Maintain updated records of occupancy and employee movement.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in all living areas.
• Health, Safety & Hygiene
• Monitor camp facilities to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Arrange regular pest control, waste disposal, and sanitation services.
• Ensure availability of clean drinking water, proper ventilation, and safe living conditions.
• Food & Catering Supervision
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and hygienic meal preparation.
• Monitor quality, quantity, and nutritional value of food served to employees.
• Ensure proper storage of food supplies and kitchen cleanliness.
• Maintenance & Facility Management
• Oversee repair and maintenance of camp infrastructure, utilities, and equipment.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for plumbing, electrical, and general repair work.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve facility issues.
• Employee Welfare & Support
• Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding accommodation or welfare concerns.
• Report serious issues to HR or management for resolution.
• Maintain good communication and support a healthy living environment.
• Record Keeping & Reporting
• Maintain records of residents, attendance, food supply, and maintenance schedules.
• Submit periodic reports to management regarding camp conditions and requirements.
• Ensure documentation is up to date for inspections or audits.
• Emergency Handling
• Ensure preparedness for fire, medical, or other emergencies.
• Maintain first-aid kits, fire extinguishers, and emergency contact information.
• Coordinate with authorities or management in case of accidents or incidents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
